1. The service

FireHost lets the site administrator upload files and share them via private links. The service is provided free of charge and "as is", without warranties of any kind.

2. Acceptable use

• Only content the administrator has the legal right to distribute is uploaded.
• No malware, viruses or software designed to harm devices or networks.
• No illegal content or content that infringes anyone's copyright or other rights.
• Do not abuse the service (attempts to bypass security, fake reports).

3. Moderation and removal

We may scan, review, hide or delete any file at our discretion, and we may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms or accumulate repeated copyright complaints. See our copyright policy for how takedowns work.

4. Downloading files

Files on FireHost are uploaded by the site administrator. Download and open them at your own risk — always scan downloads with up-to-date antivirus software. We are not responsible for the contents of uploaded files.

5. Availability

We aim to keep FireHost running, but we do not guarantee uptime, and we may change, limit or discontinue the service at any time. We may remove files that have been inactive or that violate our policies.

6. Changes

We may update these terms; the current version is always published on this page. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept them.
